• Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under Spanish commercial law

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and documentation created specifically for your project are transferred to you under an exclusive, perpetual license. PixelStyleWeb retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary code patterns in future projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

PixelStyleWeb's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or data loss.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, PixelStyleWeb will deliver all completed work and charge for work performed to date. Deposits are non-refundable for work already commenced.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Seville, Spain, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.

2. Pre-Project Cancellation

For projects already in progress:

• Cancellation within the first 25% of the timeline: 50% refund of deposited amounts
• Cancellation between 25–50% of the timeline: 25% refund of deposited amounts
• Cancellation beyond 50% of the timeline: No refund; all completed work is delivered
• Milestone-based payments: No refund for completed milestones

4. Deliverable Disputes

If delivered work materially deviates from the agreed specifications in the project proposal, you may request revisions at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery. If revisions cannot resolve the discrepancy, a partial refund may be negotiated proportionally to the unresolved scope.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: third-party licenses purchased on your behalf, domain registration fees, hosting setup fees, and work completed under approved change orders.

6. Refund Process

Refund requests are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Stripe payments, refunds are processed directly through the Stripe dashboard.
